The Lone Lake Triathlon is ON!!

July 4th with a starting time at 8:30 am at the Lone Lake public swimming beach. No prior registration required. Teams of 1, 2 or 3 are welcome or you can do any leg.

We swim out to the point and back (approximately 1/4 mile round trip), bike out Oak Ave (39 along north shore) to Hwy 12 and back (around 12 miles), then run around the block out to ditch bank then left to Hwy 12 and around back to the beach (4-mile run). 

Medals are awarded after the event.
